Syed Samar Hasnain, Executive Director, State Bank of Pakistan

Samar Hasnain, Director, Infrastructure, Housing & SME Finance Department of State Bank of Pakistan is responsible for overseeing smooth flow of Credit. Previously, he has served as Director, Agricultural, Credit & Microfinance. Samar has a decade of experience in Exchange Policy formulation and provision of an enabling regulatory environment for both Agricultural Credit and Microfinance Sectors. He holds international exposure of trainings, seminars, conferences and has represented Pakistan in number of International events and bi-lateral & multi-lateral negotiations. Mr. Hasnain holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from NED University and Cost & Management Accounting qualification with number of distinctions.
