This is amateur video said to be from the rebel held city of Donetsk in eastern Ukraine.
Several such videos posted on Tuesday purport to show rebels firing Grad rockets from a launcher next to apartment blocks.
The videos appear despite an agreement by Ukraine's military and the separatists to a new ceasefire starting Friday ... the latest effort from both sides to end the violence that began in April and has so far killed more than 4,300 people.
