In this video we go over the points some have argued that they felt because they are on " Private Property" and maybe because their staff is "unarmed" or not in a typical "security uniform" or avoid using the words "security officer"- that they don't have to be licensed or their staff (security department) does not have to be licensed or fall under the control of DPS-RSD and/or 1702. of the Occupations Code or DPS-RSD administration rules which is 100% false, and they are all operating in violation if unlicensed. Remember, just because you are on "Private Property" does not mean you are exempt or untouchable- know the current laws.
