Mexico: 11 decapitated and burned bodies found in Guerrero

In the State of Guerrero, where 43 Ayotzinapa Teachers Training College students were kidnapped and "disappeared" by the police, 11 bodies partially burned, decapitated, and shot were found on a highway not far from Ayotzinapa; most of the victims were in their mid-20s. On Thursday, President Enrique Peña Nieto announced key reforms of the security forces to reduce corruption and infiltration by organized crime; all local police forces will now be under federal jurisdiction.
