We did a DTP Bicep Routine at the 2012 Mr. Olympia expo at the Bodybuilding.com booth. The workout is simple barbell bicep curls - 45lbs x 50 reps, 65lbs x 40 reps , 75lbsx 30 reps, 95lbs x 20 reps, 115lbs x 10 reps, 95lbs x 20 reps, 75lbs x 30 reps, 65lbs x 40 reps, 45lbs x 50 reps.
