Rajinikanth-Starrer 'Lingaa' Lands In Legal Trouble

After stupendous success of Kochadaiiyaan, Rajinikanth is all set to race your heartbeats with his upcoming film Lingaa. But before he does that, his film is in the news for one reason! And it’s stolen storyline! Oops!
Madras High Court issued a notice to the director and producer of the movie stating that he stole the story of a Tamil movie – K R Ravi Rathinam’s ‘Mullai Vanam 999’.
Adding fuel to the fire, the court has sought a stay on the film’s release. Oh no! Ravi’s film is slated to release on Tamil New Year, while Lingaa will be released on Pongal 2015.
It’s surprising to see, just like other superstars’ films, even Rajini’s movie is accused of stealing a storyline. Looks like, the movie will surely face some legal trouble now, hai na? What do you have to say on this?
