David Moyes, presented as Real Sociedad's new coach in San Sebastian
San Sebastian (Spain), Nov 13 (EFE).- British coach David Moyes Thursday said he wants his new team, Real Sociedad, to entertain the public with good soccer, but above all he wishes to win.
The former Manchester United and Everton coach was officially presented Thursday at the Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian, in northern Spain.
Moyes told a press conference he had always wanted to play against the best. And the best players and coaches are in the Spanish La liga, he added.
"I like to win", he affirmed as he praised his new club as an ambitious team.
The 51-year-old Moyes defined himself as a "tough" coach, more like Portuguese Jose Mourinho than like Spaniard Josep Guardiola.
He added that the Basque team was better than its current showing in La Liga, in which it ranks 15th with only nine points after 11 games.
