Havana prepares to celebrate its 495th anniversary

Cuba has been busy preparing to mark 495 years since the city was founded by Spaniards in 1519. Over a decade ago, The country began restoration of historic buildings across the country but particularly in Havana. Hundreds of buildings in Havana, including hospitals, are undergoing repairs and renovations in preparation of the city's 495th anniversary celebrations. teleSUR
