ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)

STORY: Sao Paulo Fashion Week focused on a refinement of fabrics and styles for Brazil's tropical winter on Thursday (November 6) night.

Juliana Jabor's collection featured moody maroons and thick red flowers detailing neatly cut bases of black and white stripes.

Patent "creeper" low-platform shoes balanced with dark circular sunglasses and angular earrings.

Teca and Helo Rocha's collection combined leather, heavily sequined wool, and cascading velvet, adding bold twists to more classical winter designs.

Fashion Week is considered the largest sartorial event in Latin America and has showcased collections from international fashion powerhouses such as Versace, Colcci and Stella McCartney in this year's edition, which wraps on Saturday (November 8).
