One World Trade Center opens in lower Manhattan

Thirteen years after the September 11 attacks, One World Trade Center opens to tenants in New York City...

...with enthusiasm tinged by emotional remembrance.

The newly-built 104-story building is America's tallest skyscraper.

Employees of Condé Nast -- the publishing company, which owns The New Yorker and Vanity Fair magazines, among others -- are the first to set up offices here.

A real estate company that co-manages the property says the building is now more than 58 percent leased.

One World Trade Center stands on the location where more than 2,700 people perished when hijacked planes slammed into the twin towers.

It is directly across from the 9/11 memorial in lower Manhattan.
