Casillas relieved to win tenth European Cup

Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), 30 Oct (EFE), (Camera: Raúl García).- Real Madrid captain stated Thursday that it was "a relief" to win the 10th European Cup for the club in May, admitting that both players and fans had "a weight taken off" their shoulders.
The goalkeeper was the protagonist at an event with children as a Hyundai ambassador at the Boadilla del Monte sports complex, where he stood in front of the woodwork for kids to kick the ball at him after the young ones had an opportunity to ask the footballer questions.
"I felt relieved," the Spaniard responded when he was asked how he felt after lifting the Champions League trophy in Lisbon. "We had been looking to win it for a long time. Real Madrid had not reached the final of the most important title for our club in twelve years."
