Former FC Barcelona chairman Laporta does not rule out bid at next club elections

Barcelona, 30 Oct (EFE).- Former FC Barcelona chairman Joan Laporta has stated that he has not ruled out a bid at the club's next elections expected in summer 2016.
"I have not ruled out being candidate at the next elections. I believe that they are not doing the right things," Laporta said a press conference.
Laporta made these comments while evaluating the corporate liability action that exonerated the previous board of directors of paying 47,6 million euros.
The Catalan added that not ruling out a bid does not mean that he is preparing one.
"We know how to do it and if we can offer something interesting, I will not rule it out. We are not organizing an opposition," Laporta insisted.
