UP cops blame women

They cannot stop increasing crimes against women in their state but Uttar Pradesh police have an outrageous reasoning to give from blaming mobiles phones to the clothes women wear. In response to a RTI query on the number of rapes in each district of the state and the measures taken by the administration to curb the menace, the UP police have blamed women's attire for rise in rape cases in the state.
