Major Mustafa Sabir Shaheed (19th Sep 1978 - 05th Apr 2013)
Embraced martyrdom while leading two companies of his unit in an Op against terrorists in Tirah Valley on Fri 5th April 2013 by a sniper shot on his forehead.
Biography
Major Mustafa Sabir Shaheed was born on 19th September, 1978 in Faisalabad. He got his primary education from FG Abid Majeed School, R.A.Bazar, Lahore. In 1991, he went to PAF College, Sargodha for higher studies.

He then joined the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul, Abbottabad in the year 1997 and got enrolled in PMA 100 Long Course. He passed out from PMA in 2000.
Being the son of Malik Hussain Sabir, who is a retired Head Clerk (JCO) in Army, Major Mustafa Sabir Shaheed joined his father's unit "8th-Punjab Regiment".

He served Pakistan Army for 13 years at Siachin, Congo (UN Peace Mission), WANA, Khuzdar, SWAT and Khyber Agency.

He was leading his Unit at Tirah Valley, Khyber Agnecy in operation AL-MIZAN, fought bravely against the militants from dawn to dusk and embraced Shahadat on Friday, 5th April, 2013 at 6:30 pm. On 14 August 2013, President of Pakistan announced to award "Tamgha.i.Basalat (تمغہ بصالت) " to Major Mustafa Sabir Shaheed along with other Martyrs of Armed Forces.
