Detailed steps:
Open KTAG J-Link V8 ADD tokens file.
Check out how to solder KTAG’s PCB.
Solder the PCB; make sure circuit board of PCB is well welded like that in the picture.
Connect the PCB to a laptop’s USB port to charge. If the PCB board is not charging, its software will not work properly.

Next come to KTAG J-Link software installation.

Double click Setup JlinkARM to start the installation.
Click Yes.
Click Next.
Click Next.
Select Add shortcuts to desktop, click Next.
Click Next
Click Finish.

The KTAG tokens are limited, but there is a way to add tokens for free:

Copy KTAG BIN File and paste it on the desktop.
Delete the extra JFLASH ARM V4.24c.
Connect the USB cable of KTAG tool to the computer. Since there is no KTAG software in this PC, the driver won’t be installed but that’s ok. We only need the USB cable to charge the PCB.
Open Computer Management.
Click Universal Serial Bus Controller and look for J-link driver in the submenu. This means the J-link driver is installed.

Open JFLASH ARM.
Select Options.
Click CPU, Select Device and then the CPU type that you are going to remap.
Select Auto detection and click OK.
Select Options and click target interface.
Select Auto selection and click OK.
Click File and choose Open data file.
Select KTAG software and click Open.
Click OK.
Select Target.
If you get an update message, you can decide whether to update the software or not. Here we will accept the upgrade.
Select Target again, and then Auto after the upgrade is finished.
ECU programming will then start automatically.
