Teacher Caught on Camera Slamming Student Against Lockers

A teacher was caught on camera slamming a student against the lockers at a Baltimore high school. The video shows the student shoving a chair across the floor at the teacher and throwing a keyboard. The teacher has been placed on administrative leave and the student has been charged.
