A three member bench led by Justice Jawad S Khwaja heard the PM disqualification case in the SC. Justice Khwaja said those who think court discriminates between rulers and commoners are at fault. He claimed that the discrimination was in practice before 1947 and doesn’t exist anymore. Suprme Court doesn’t form laws or constitution, he said.

He remarked that some issues need further clarification; assistance of Attorney General is required. Deputy Attorney General said that Attorney General Salman Aslam Butt is not present in the country therefore; he is expected to perform his role as amicus curiae after two days.
