CDC Director: Ebola infection of U.S. healthcare worker "unacceptable"

STORY: CDC Director Tom Frieden told reporters and healthcare officials on Tuesday that any single Ebola infection U.S. healthcare worker is "unacceptable."

"I've been hearing loud and clear from healthcare workers from around the country that they're worried, that they don't feel prepared to take care of a patient with Ebola," Frieden said.

He went on to say that the CDC is gearing up to send Ebola response teams staffed with experts to "any hospital, anywhere in the country, that has a confirmed case of Ebola."
