Jennifer Lawrence isn't playing 'hunger games' with Gwyneth Paltrow's gluten-free diet. As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, the 'Catching Fire' star, who's now dating the Goop.com creator's estranged husband Chris Martin, called a gluten-free diet, which Gywneth follows, 'the cool new eating disorder' in an interview with 'Vanity Fair.'
