John Hutchison payed me a visit here in St. Louis, Missouri. Bringing a trailer full of gear on his way back from Florida, stopping over here for 2 days.

We met outside my families place of business, and hooked up the gear in the trailer to "full broadcast" capability.

Multiple devices at work at once, Naval SONAR, RADAR, High power microwave, Audible Sound / Audio, ultrasound, and Radio broadcast in the FM/AM band.

My EMF (electromagnetic field) detector is shockingly BURIED RED at over 20 feet from the mobile trailer filled with the multiple devices.

In comparison, to obtain full "red" on the meter, one usually must have the meter very close to a power source. To have an AMBIENT EMF field so strong at such a distance proves a "bubble" of electromagnetic energy surrounds the trailer for sure.

The effect on the surrounding environment?

A storm was coming towards us before the devices were powered on , after powering on the units, the storm broke apart , even producing a rainbow in the sunset.

John had to leave the next day, and no storm came the following day to attempt a repeat of this "test".

Can't call it an experiment, since there were no controls.... I suppose we can call it a demonstration that the devices actually all power on.

Many thanks to John and Nancy for coming by, and discussing weather modification at length with me. It was very interesting!!!!!!
