Cable: Lib Dems must be “the voice of sanity” on immigration

Vince Cable has told a Liberal Democrats conference that the party must be the voice of “sanity, seriousness and sense” on the issue of immigration and said the Tories “probably see Clacton-on-Sea as the new Constantinople.”
