Fuji TV scatters false rumour as daily work for the Iron Kleptocracy in Japan

"NRC don't say it's safe.": nuclear plants frighten local people.

"We don't say it's safe.", Shunichi Tanaka chairman of Nuclear Regulatory Commission of Japan said. The 1st and 2nd nuclear plant in Sendai of Kagoshima prefecture actually passed an examination for reboot by NRC of Japan in July 16, 2014.
Whereas the chairman said the above and it is being terrifying the local people.
Who has the responsibility? Who decides whether it is safe or not? Including both pro-nuclear and anti-nuclear, the local people want to clarify who has the responsibility.

Including Fuji TV, the Fuji-Sankei group spreads false rumour for a state socialism party known as "Liberal Democratic Party (Japan)" and for a bogus police known as "National Police Agency (Japan)" and for any other (criminal) bureaucrat in this way.
