Dramatic video now released, captured by a state trooper's dash cam...
Former South Carolina state trooper, Sean Groubert, has been arrested and is facing a charge of assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
A warrant states that the shooting of the unarmed black man is unjustified. Thirty-five year-old Levar Jones was unarmed... and has survived a bullet to the hip.
Groubert was fired after the South Carolina Department of Public Safety reviewed the police report.
And his bond is now set at $75,000.
