This is a exquisite dish served with thyme and lime flavored baby potatoes.
Typically made with Basa, it can be substituted with Pomfret or King Fish. What makes this dish unique is the way it is cooked. Its steamed in a double boiler with thin slices of fresh ginger and cilantro and served with bundled vegetables rolled in lemon butter sauce.
