[ISS] Expedition 40 Change of Command Ceremony

NASA astronaut Steven Swanson officially transferred command of the International Space Station to Russian cosmonaut Maksim Surayev in an official change of command ceremony as Expedition 40 prepare to head back to Earth after their 6 month mission.
