유치원생과 초등학교 저학년을 대상으로 하는 영어교육프로그램. 이 프로는 어린이들이 가고 싶어하는 '꿈의 동산 키즈랜드'를 세트로 만들고 여기서 놀이, 과학, 만들기를 하며 자연스럽게 영어회화에 친근해지도록 꾸몄다. 또 시트콤 '스타랜드'을 통해서는 상황에 따라 즉석에서 영어로 말하는 훈련을 받게 되며 영어로 외국동화를 듣고 동요를 부르며 구문과 단어를 익히도록 배려하고 있다.
