Dunya News - Army rescues 12,000 people via copters, boats in flood-hit areas

16 helicopters were used to move the people stranded in far off places. According to a report, Pak Army continued relief work in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, and Sialkot as well. To deal with the situation, army men were also sent to Layyah, DG Khan, Sahiwal, Multan and Trimu. Food packages were also dropped from the helicopters for flood victims. About 300 boats were also used in the relief work.
