Putin unveils peace plan for Ukraine

Hope is growing that the conflict in Ukraine could be brought to an end, with an agreement possible as soon as Friday.
Russian President Vladimir Putin outlined a seven-point roadmap for peace, which includes the withdrawal of government forces, and the dispatching of aid.

But Ukraine's Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, has called Putin's plan a fraud, and an attempt to avoid new sanctions from the West.
