Governor Punjab Choudhry Muhammad Sarwar telephones Altaf Hussain

Governor Punjab Choudhry Muhammad Sarwar telephoned Mr Altaf Hussain, the Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM), and exchanged views on the current political crisis in the country. He informed Mr Hussain about the efforts being made for engaging Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek in dialogues. Mr Hussain expressed his concerns on the suspension of dialogues and stressed upon the need for restarting the dialogues in order to remove the reservations of both the parties. He said that efforts should be made to find a solution by making dialogues meaningful. He praised the efforts being made by Governor Punjab for resolving issues by mutual understanding.
