Salman Khan’s Kick Still Highest Non Holiday Opener - BOX OFFICE

Sajid Nadiadwala’s directorial debut is now the 4th highest grosser worldwide. The film raked in Rs. 375 crores in the 4th week and is now behind 3 Idiots, Chennai Express and Dhoom 3 with regards to worldwide Box Office collection.
Despite of film being released on a non-holiday, Kick still manages to be the highest at Indian Box Office. While Salman Khan starrer managed to earn Rs. 26.5 crore on the opening day, the 2nd and 3rd day saw good growth by collecting Rs. 27 crore and Rs. 31 crore respectively.
Although Singham Returns marks Ajay Devgan’s highest opening film, Salman’s Kick continues to be the highest opener of 2014. Now, isn’t it amazing?
With Kick, Sajid has moved into record books. He is now become a director whose first film grossed more than Rs. 200 crores. Congratulations Sajid!
