Like Bhoot Jholokia also known as King chilli; Ngari, fermented fish used entirely in the North east region specially in Manipur; Fermaented bamboo shoot used specially by the Nagas in Nagaland; fresh bamboo shoot, Naga dhaniya, North East special onion, lengmaser, jungle aromatic leaves and special Rosang's special fermented mustard leaves paste.....
