Now many are under the assumption that canning is hard and dangerous! I have checked all the forums and they all say that it is “dangerous” to can raw salsa and that you MUST cook it before you cook it while canning! This is NOT true! YOU CAN can RAW salsa and preserve some of the freshness and nutrients that are lost in long time cooking/canning methods.
