nursing homes and the law

I took several clips from one day of eating, a normal day, at the nursing home. The reason for these clips are to show you by picture, how she can actually eat, but the staff, doctor, nurses and even office staff, say she needs to be peg, (tube fed) because it is dangerous; after 5 years they still insist it is dangerous. So I have my suspicions, that the other 10 to 15 people at this nursing home, at least 2 or 3 can probably eat without being tube fed, but for the nursing care convenience, to make money, they will not allow this. I have been bullied here by the staff, my mother bruised up, I went to the police station but they never investigated, after the second time I went, the detective asked me why I didn't move to another home.
