Wisconsin Couple Blame Website for Baby Daughter's Death

A Wisconsin couple is suing the website care.com for allegedly failing to do a background check on the nanny arrested for killing their daughter. Sarah Gumm has been charged with first degree murder after the baby died from a traumatic head injury. Now the parents are suing the nanny service they say had a part in the death.
