Fighters withdraw from Arsal after ceasefire deal

Muslim clerics have mediated a deal to end fighting which spilled over from Syria into northern Lebanon.
 
Fighters linked to the Nusra Front and the Islamic State group have withdrawn from the Lebanese town of Arsal.
