Mexico: Senate approves Pemex revenue-sharing with foreign companies

Pemex, the Mexican oil company, will be ruled under new fiscal laws in order to lessen the government's dependency on it for revenues. However, the reduction from 71% to 65% doesn't seem to be enough. Foreign companies will now share in the revenues and receive tax incentives, just like before 1938. teleSUR
