Fire trucks idle as Libya burns

No help is on the way as an oil depot burns near Tripoli's international airport.

These firefighters are at the ready, but can't respond.

They had been working to put out the flames at the oil depot, before it was hit a second time by armed militias Saturday -- forcing them to abandon their efforts.

Authorities say the oil tanks might explode and warn of the possibility of mass casualties.

Libya says at least 22 people have been killed in the clashes -- the most violent since the 2011 ouster of Muammar Gaddafi.

Most Western governments have evacuated their embassies as armed factions try to gain control of the airport.
