[Delta IV] AFSPC-4 Delta IV Reset for July 28th After Stormy Cape Scrubs

Stormy weather over the past three launch attempts have caused scrubs for the Delta IV mission with the US Air Force's AFSPC-4 payloads onboard as well as dramatic imagery as lightning sweeps over the launch site.

The next attempt at launch will be Monday July 28th 2014 at 22:43 UTC, 18:43 Local time at Cape Canaveral.
