Dunya News - Swimmer Anum Bandey gets 1st position in Common Wealth Qualifying Round

The first good news from Common Wealth Games 2014 has arrived as Pakistani swimmer Anum Baande took the first position in Qualifying Round of 200 Meters Back Stroke Swimming Competition.
Pakistani athletes have not been able to impress so far in these Common Wealth Games in Glasgow. However, Anum Baande has performed brilliantly at Women’s 200 Meters Back Stroke and won the first position in the qualifying round of this category. Anum covered the distance in 2 minutes and 54 seconds.
