Haemul Jeon (Seafood Pancake)

■ Ingredients
140g squid
90g shrimp, de-shelled
80g chives
2 red chili peppers
1 spicy green chili pepper
1/3 onion
6 tbsp flour
2 tbsp starch
2 cups water
salt, pepper, and grape seed oil
