Amvid of Malaysian plane crash in Ukraine

Amateur video of the Malaysian passenger plane that crashed in eastern Ukraine, killing more than 300 people onboard.

Malaysian Airlines says there were 23 U.S. citizens among the passengers.

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says a "terrorist act" caused the crash.

Earlier in the day, another government official in Kiev was quoted saying the plane was shot down by militants.

Separatists are pointing the finger at Ukrainian government forces.

The Boeing 777 came down near the rebel stronghold of Donetsk.
