US to reform Albuquerque police department over brutality

The police department in Albuquerque, New Mexico may soon become the latest in the US to come under federal supervision. In April the US Department of Justice found it engaged in a pattern of excessive and deadly force that violated the constitution. But mass protests had been taking place even before that, culminating in hundreds taking to the streets on Saturday. Shihab Rattansi reports from Albuquerque.
