Widespread relief as Schumacher comes out of coma and goes home

There has been an outpouring of relief at the news it appears the life of former formula one champion Michael Schumacher is no longer in danger.
Social media has been full of the famous and fans alike expressing their pleasure at the news he is out of his coma, although it is still not clear to what extent Schumacher has recovered.
“Hopefully he will get better. I don’t know. I don’t have any prognosis. He is in great hands and let’s hope he will get better.”
“I think he needs to be alone with his his family, and to cure (heal) and to take some energy to be himself again,” were the reactions of two employees of the CHUV hospital in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Schumacher injured his head while skiing last December and initially his chances of survival appeared slim. But you don’t become the greatest driver of all time without having some bottle, and doctors say rehabilitation can only mean his condition will improve.
