Millions of Brazilians lack World Cup mood

Tens of thousands of foreign fans are already in Brazil. It is hosting the competition for the first time in 54 years and for those visiting the country it is sure to be a tournament they will never forget. But for millions of native Brazilians the mood is far less festive. Al Jazeera's Lucia Newman reports from Rio de Janeiro.
