Brazil 2014: The end of phantom goals

Rio de Janeiro, Jun 9 (EFE), (Camera: Juan Yagüe).- The 2014 Brazil World Cup might be the first football event that finishes with the so-called phantom goals. The organizers will include GLT, a new technology that sends the referees a message to their watches on whether the goal was valid. FIFA oficially presented GLT on Monday at Maracaná Stadium.
