Electronic cigarette ban in Australian states

The use of electronic cigarettes has been banned in some Australian states. Use of e-cigarettes is growing fast around the world, but some question whether they actually help people quit smoking. Al Jazeera's Andrew Thomas reports from Darwin, Australia.
