Atlético Rafaela vs. Newell's Old Boys 0-3 | 16-06-2013
Newell's Old Boys claimed the Torneo Final title, beating Atletico Rafaela 3 - 0. Lanus' loss to River Plate meant that Newell's were crowned champions heading in to the last week of the season. Goals from Víctor Figueroa and Maximiliano Urruti late on in the second half helped clinch the victory and the title.
