Quiksilver presents An afternoon at Lowers - Surf
Legendary waterman Tom Carroll happened to be in California this week and called the Quiksilver Juniors and Groms to arms for an assault on Lower Trestles.
The paddled out into a slight southerly breeze and three to five foot sets rolling through. Tom said, “You know, its always good to surf with the kids, they push you, ya know?”
