Russia and China veto UN resolution on Syria

Moscow and Beijing have turned down a UN Security Council resolution that would have referred crimes committed in Syria to the International Criminal Court.

The resolution had been backed by more than 60 countries and the rest of the security council.

It's the fourth time both countries have used their veto in relation to Syria.
