At least seven dead in twin attacks in Baghdad Thursday.

Four civilians died after a car bomb exploded at the entrance of a government building.

Several minutes later a suicide bomber belt blew himself up nearby killing three other civilians and wounding at least six people.

No one is immediately claiming responsibility for the attacks. But Sunni Islamist insurgents have been regaining ground in Iraq and are known to target Shi'ite muslims.
